REFUND POLICY
At Plush Products, all items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy.
ALL SALES FINAL
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We only offer replacements in the rare case that your item arrives defective or damaged.
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo or video proof of the defect

Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging
If approved, we will issue a replacement for the same item. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided.
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not offer replacements for:

Change of mind

Incorrect items ordered by the customer

Minor variations in appearance (including packaging)

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Plush Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and secure.
By placing an order with Plush Products, you agree to this policy.

Shipping
All items are shipped within 2 business days of the date they are purchased excluding weekends and holidays.
All items will be shipped through regular or express Canada Post mail depending on which shipping method is chosen at check-out.
In-store Pick Up
In-store pick up can also be selected as an option when completing your purchase. Please allow 2-3 hours for your confirmation email or text message to pick up your items.
Pick up can be by anybody with your order number and name. Uber parcel is also an available pick up option at cost to you.
Delivery
Local Delivery up to 5km from our location is FREE.
GTA Delivery 5-18km from our location is $25.00.
At check-out please put the correct delivery address for the proper calculations. Failure to do so will result in your order not qualifying for delivery.
We do not go into ANY building or condo to drop off deliveries. You are required to meet OUTSIDE of the building or condo for pick up.
If you request your order to be left at your door, porch, or mailbox and it is lost or stolen Plush is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items or orders.
