Refunds & Returns
We do not accept ANY liquid returns once the product has been opened. Liquid returns on unopened liquid products are at the discretion of Plush Aesthetics. We do NOT accept returns on any other products unless the item you purchased is DEFECTIVE within 30 days of purchasing for all items excluding any liquids.
Adhesives can qualify for a refund/exchange within 21 days of purchase if they are deemed to be defective by Plush. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at plushbeautyinquiries@hotmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Return/Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
*Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
*Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
*We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at plushbeautyinquiries@hotmail.com with details of the product, your order number, and photos of the defect. Shipping
All items are shipped within 3 business days of the date they are purchased excluding weekends and holidays. All items will be shipped through regular or express Canada Post mail depending on which shipping method is chosen at check-out.
In-store Pick Up
In-store pick up can also be selected as an option when completing your purchase. Please allow 2-3 hours for your confirmation email or text message to pick up your items.
Delivery
Delivery within the GTA. Delivery within Toronto is $5.00. Delivery to East York, Malton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Scarborough, and Brampton is $10.00. Delivery to Pickering and Ajax is $15.00.
