Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipments and deliveries will be sent out Monday-Friday excluding all holidays. If there is any change or delay with your shipment, you will be contacted via email or phone. For orders with issues, your packages will not be sent out until our shipping department has been in contact with you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is placed you will automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a notification. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Regular shipping will take 5-7 days. Express shipping will take 2-4 days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Plush Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Plush Aesthetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Local Pick-Up & Delivery
Orders placed online before 12pm noon will be ready for same-day pick-up and delivery within 3 hours. Orders placed past 12pm may be subject to a longer order preparation/delivery time. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email notification as well as a text message.
